Once we agree a fixed price, it doesn't move. If the build takes us longer than planned, that's our cost, not yours. New scope gets a written price before anyone starts on it.

Why fixed price instead of hourly?
Because hourly rewards us for going slow. A fixed price means we carry the risk of the estimate, and you know the full cost before you commit.
Why is the price "typical" and not exact?
Every product is different. A clean modern API takes less work than a system from 2009. Discovery tells us which one you have, and then you get one fixed number in writing.
What about AI model costs?
Agents run on models like Claude or GPT, and those providers bill per use. That runs on your own account, at their price, with no markup from us. We estimate it with you during discovery.
What if we need changes later?
You own the code, so your own engineers can change it. Or call us: small changes are $195 an hour, or $175 if you prepay a block of 20 hours. Bigger ones get a fixed quote. No retainer either way.
